Available payment methods are shown at checkout. For payments processed through Hesabe, including KNET and supported cards, refund posting time depends on the payment provider and issuing bank. Never email your full card number, PIN, CVV or one-time password.
You may request a change-of-mind return within 30 calendar days after delivery for eligible unused products in their original packaging, with any hygiene seals intact. Opened or used personal-care products are excluded from voluntary change-of-mind returns only. Rights relating to defects, damage and incorrect items remain unaffected.
Email team@thryve.hair with your order number, item, quantity and reason. We aim to reply within two business days, excluding Kuwait public holidays. Wait for confirmed collection or return instructions before sending anything. THRYVE arranges and covers eligible return transport within Kuwait, with no restocking fee.
Contact us as soon as you discover the issue with your order number, a description and photographs where reasonably available. An unboxing video is not required. Keep the item and packaging where possible while we arrange next steps.
We aim to inspect returns and communicate the outcome within five business days of receipt, then initiate an approved refund within two business days. Any shorter mandatory legal deadline takes precedence. Refunds normally go to the original payment method; bank and payment-provider posting time varies.
