1. Change-of-mind returns
You may request a return within 30 calendar days after delivery. For change-of-mind returns, products must be unused, complete and in their original packaging, with any hygiene seals intact. Please retain your order confirmation or other proof of purchase.
- Batana oil: unopened, unused and with its original seal intact, where supplied.
- Hair covers, scrunchies, combs and massage tools: unused, unworn and unwashed, with original packaging and supplied components.
- Electrical massagers: unused and complete with supplied accessories, cables and packaging.
Opened or used personal-care products are not eligible for our voluntary change-of-mind return offer. This restriction does not remove rights relating to defects, damage, incorrect items or other remedies required by applicable law.
2. Damaged, defective or incorrect items
Contact us as soon as you discover a problem. Include your order number, a description and, where reasonably available, photographs of the item and packaging. We do not require an unboxing video as a condition of considering a claim. Keep the item and packaging where possible while we arrange the next steps.
We will assess the issue and provide the remedy required by applicable law, which may include a refund, replacement or repair. A sale or promotional price does not by itself disqualify a claim. The voluntary 30-day change-of-mind window does not limit any longer legal or applicable warranty rights.
3. Requesting and returning an item
Email team@thryve.hair with your order number, the item and quantity concerned, and your reason for requesting a return. We aim to reply within two business days, excluding Kuwait public holidays. Please contact us before dispatch so we can provide a reference and confirmed collection or return instructions; this process does not override your statutory rights.
Do not send products to the manufacturer or to our corporate office without confirmed instructions. THRYVE will arrange and cover eligible return transport within Kuwait. No restocking fee will be charged. We will explain any decision if a request does not qualify.
4. Inspection and refunds
We aim to inspect the returned item and communicate the outcome within five business days of receipt. Once approved, we aim to initiate the refund within two business days. Any shorter mandatory legal deadline takes precedence.
Refunds are based on the amount actually paid for the returned item, including its applicable discount. We will explain the treatment of delivery charges in the return decision and refund them where required by law or where the return results from our error.
Refunds are normally sent to the original payment method. For payments processed through Hesabe, including KNET and supported cards, the time until funds appear depends on the payment provider and issuing bank. We will confirm initiation and provide an available reference. If the original method cannot receive the refund, we will agree a lawful alternative with you. Store credit will not be imposed instead of a refund you are entitled to receive.
If an expected refund has not appeared, contact team@thryve.hair with your order number. Never email your full card number, PIN, CVV or one-time password.

6. Your rights
Nothing in this policy excludes or limits mandatory consumer rights under applicable Kuwait law. If a provision conflicts with those rights, the mandatory legal requirement prevails.
